“To be able to take photographs of people the way they are, you have to earn their trust:”
Mallorca is almost deemed to be as a German federal state. But this is not the reason why I also have a domicile there. I discover this isle every time as new, at every season, in every landscape, in every sea colouring, at all village festival, in the little town like Soller or towns like Palma.
But most important are the Majorcans, who look every time into the camera, whether sceptical, friendly or absentmindedly…..

Mallorca gilt schon fast als deutsches Bundesland. Aber dies ist nicht der Grund, weshalb auch ich dort einen Wohnsitz habe. Ich entdecke diese Insel jedes Mal neu, zu jeder Jahreszeit, in jeder Landschaft, bei jeder Meeresfärbung, bei jedem Dorffest, in den Städtchen wie Soller oder Städten wie Palma.
Am wichtigsten aber sind die Mallorquiner, die mir immer wieder in die Kamera sehen, ob skeptisch, freundlich oder gedankenverloren ...
